VLADIVOSTOK, vladivostoktimes.com The Primorsky Territory budget for the current year needs another urgent modification that is caused by the large amount funded from the Federal budget. Thus the special session of the Primorsky Territory Legislative Assembly Committee on the Budget and Tax Policy and Financial Resources was held. The correspondent of RIA PrimaMedia reports that the session agenda included the only item on the Primorsky Territory legislation “On the Amendments to the Primorsky Territory Law “On the Territory Budget for 2009.” It was proposed to increase the budget expenses for the unemployment effect improving (400 million Rubles more was funded for this item), support of the companies during depression (50 million Rubles), and housing of the veterans (35 million Rubles). The social items of expenditure are increased total of 91 million Rubles. The expenses for the fuel and energy complex are also increased. Besides, the building expenses of the road “Settlement Novyi – De-Friz – Sedanka – Patrocl” must be included into the expenditure for the Primorsky Territory Administration is dealing with this project currently. What is more the Federal Government is funding the subprogram “Vladivostok Development as the Center of International Cooperation in APR.” All MPs who attendee the session admitted that it is necessary to make amendments to the budget and voted for the document in three reading at once.
